The Ideal Candidate:


- Proven experience as a resource in multiple implementations of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning and Order Management applications.


- Demonstrated ability to assist clients in defining their system strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, and leading fit-gap analysis.


- Experience in designing "as-is" and "to-be" business processes for Supply Chain Management (SCM) in a discrete manufacturing environment.


- A strong track record of successfully facilitating Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), performing functional configuration, user testing, and client user training for Oracle Cloud SCM applications.


- In-depth understanding of Supply Chain processes and best practices, particularly relevant to discrete manufacturing.


- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with clients to identify and implement business process improvements.


- A self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment.


Responsibilities:


- Partner with clients to understand their specific business needs and develop a comprehensive system strategy for Oracle Cloud SCM implementation.


- Gather and document detailed business requirements through workshops and interviews with key stakeholders.


- Lead fit-gap analysis to identify areas where business processes need to be adapted to align with the Oracle Cloud SCM capabilities.


- Design and document "as-is" and "to-be" business processes for Supply Chain Planning and Order Management.


- Facilitate Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) to demonstrate system functionalities and gather user feedback.


- Perform configuration of Oracle Cloud SCM applications to meet specific client requirements.


- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the functionality and performance of the system.


- Deliver user training sessions to equip clients with the knowledge and skills to operate the Oracle Cloud SCM applications effectively.


- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for ongoing process improvement and optimization.


- Maintain a strong understanding of the latest advancements in Oracle Cloud SCM features and best practices.


- Document system configurations and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
