Job Description:

We are hiring Oracle experts across multiple domains and experience levels for our expanding Oracle Practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end implementation, upgrade, or support of Oracle applications or cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate across business and technical teams for smooth Oracle deployment and integration.
  • Participate in solution design, configuration, customization, and testing.
  • Lead or mentor team members depending on role level.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud & AI advancements.


Open Roles (Functional & Technical):

  • Oracle Cloud / Fusion: Financials, SCM, HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Learning), Subscription Management, Sales Cloud (SFA, Incentive Comp, Channel Revenue), Engagement Cloud, Digital Assistant, Integration Cloud (ICS), Application Express (APEX), Conversion, Visual Builder, Security.
  • Oracle EPM / Analytics: Hyperion Planning, Essbase, EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, EDMCS, Analytics Cloud.
  • Oracle Utilities & Industry: CC&B, C2M, MDM, Retail AIP, Primavera P6, Unifier, JD Edwards (SCM, Financials, Object Management), WebCenter Sites, Siebel eAI, Communications.
  • Oracle Technology Stack: Fusion Middleware, WebLogic Server, ODI, OCI, Database Cloud, Security.


Experience Levels:

  • Senior Analyst: 3 to 5 years
  • Team Leader: 5 to 8 years
  • Associate Manager: 8 to 12 years
  • Manager: 12 to 15 years
  • Senior Manager: 15 to 20 years


Location: PAN India (Hybrid )

Education: B.Tech / B.E / MCA / MBA / Any Graduate (relevant experience mandatory)


Preferred Skills:

  • Oracle Cloud Implementation experience
  • Knowledge or Certification in AI or Oracle AI features
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
