Position : IT Governance & Compliance Analyst
Overview :
Seeking an experienced IT Governance & Compliance Analyst to ensure our IT processes comply with regulations and standards. Responsible for policy development, compliance monitoring, risk assessment, and reporting.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and update IT governance policies.
- Monitor compliance and identify gaps.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Implement security controls and measures.
- Assist in IT governance framework implementation.
- Maintain documentation and prepare reports.
- Provide training on IT governance and compliance.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- 5+years of IT Audit or compliance experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT frameworks and regulations.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Certification (e.g., CISA, Cobit 5, ITIL, CGEIT.) preferred.
