We are seeking a highly skilled Senior M365 Power Platform Developer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent business solutions. This role will focus on leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents) and integrating AI capabilities using Microsoft 365 Copilot to enhance productivity, automate workflows, and drive digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
  • Integrate and extend Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities into business processes and applications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Build custom connectors, plugins, and components using Power Platform and Azure services.
  • Lead the implementation of AI-driven features using Copilot, including prompt engineering and contextual data integration.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with Microsoft best practices.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and citizen developers.
  • Monitor and optimize performance of Power Platform applications and Copilot integrations.
  • Stay current with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform updates, especially around AI and Copilot advancements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, including prompt design and integration.
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft Graph API.
  • Proficiency in Power Fx, JavaScript, and PowerShell.
  • Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and AI Builder.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-600, PL-400, or equivalent are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with governance and Center of Excellence (CoE) for Power Platform.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Background in data modeling, analytics, and visualization using Power BI.
  • Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, government).
