We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Pega Smart Dispute Specialist. As a Pega Smart Dispute Specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Pega Smart Dispute to design, develop, and implement solutions that streamline and optimize dispute management processes for our clients.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Pega Smart Dispute framework.

- Design, develop, and implement Pega Smart Dispute applications to automate and improve dispute resolution workflows.

- Customize and configure Pega Smart Dispute components to meet specific client needs and enhance overall system functionality.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Perform system integration and testing to ensure seamless interaction between Pega Smart Dispute and other enterprise systems.

- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution to ensure smooth operation of Pega Smart Dispute applications.

- Stay updated on the latest Pega Smart Dispute features, functionalities, and best practices to continuously enhance our solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Pega Smart Dispute solutions.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Pega Smart Dispute development and implementation.

- Extensive knowledge of Pega Smart Dispute architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

- Proven experience in designing and developing Pega Smart Dispute applications from scratch.

- Strong proficiency in PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) platform and Pega Smart Dispute frameworks.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Pega Smart Dispute certification is highly desirable.
