Roles and Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business analysts, and functional team to understand business / functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Oracle EBS.

- Create and maintain the technical specifications, unit test cases documents.

- Design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, interfaces, and reports using Oracle tools and technologies.

- Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging to identify and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks.

- Update the unit test execution document with the evidence of unit testing.

- Create and maintain the installation instructions document for all code releases.

- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Work closely with functional consultants and project managers to ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines and budget.

- Provide inputs / suggestions for system enhancements, optimization, and best practices related to Oracle EBS technology.

- Keep up to date with Oracle EBS technology advancements, industry trends, and best practices to continually improve the delivery of technical solutions

- gain an in-depth understanding of customer objectives, their solution landscape, and architecture.

- Deliver in-house and Client POC projects.

- Assist Project Managers in identifying:

a. And creating work break down activities and executing them to closure with the technical team.

b. Risks in project deliverables and provide mitigation plans.

c. Project issues etc, on time and efficiently.

- Support the in-house functional team and the client business team in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end-user training to ensure successful deployment of Oracle EBS solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, system errors, and performance problems in collaboration with technical teams.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle EBS system.

- Document technical specifications, test plan, test cases, test evidence for future reference and knowledge sharing.

- Assist the Organisation PMO Team to a. develop systems engineering processes. b. in streamlining the development process.
