Key Responsibilities

  • Source, engage, and build relationships with suitable candidates across global quantitative and discretionary finance markets.
  • Brief candidates clearly and professionally on the opportunities offered by our clients.
  • Attract and maintain a strong talent pipeline through ongoing sourcing and an organized candidate database.
  • Understand and respond to the unique needs and motivations of each candidate to ensure a premium candidate experience.
  • Support and coordinate the full interview-to-offer process, ensuring timely communication and smooth progression.
  • Network within the industry to gather insights and market intelligence that can translate into future commercial opportunities.
