As our Graphic Designer & Video Editor, you’ll primarily shape Lingopanda’s visual identity through design, while also contributing to video edits for campaigns and content. We also keep the option of equity open down the line for high-performers who want to grow with us.What We’re Looking For:2+ years of professional experience in graphic design (with some exposure to video editing)Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital assets (social media, ads, app creatives, branding)Proficiency with design tools such as Figma/Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva, etc.Working knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)Ability to translate campaign and product needs into clean, creative visual conceptsUnderstanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and layout principlesFamiliarity with short-form content trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)Attention to detail, speed, and creativity under tight deadlinesPrior startup experience, especially in 0→1 journeys, strongly preferredYour Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:Designing marketing assets: social media creatives, ad visuals, banners, emailers, app creativesEditing short-form videos, reels, and marketing clips for ads and social platformsCollaborating with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all assetsContributing to campaign concepts with fresh design and video ideasManaging multiple projects simultaneously and delivering on timeKeeping up with design trends, meme culture, and new content formats to bring innovative ideas to LingopandaCompensation: ₹4–7 LPA, based on relevant experience (Equity options open for the right candidate as part of long-term growth)What We Offer Beyond CTC:Health insurance coverageHealth & wellness reimbursementsOffice breakfast & snacksA fast-paced, fun, and highly collaborative work environmentFlat hierarchy with lots of ownership and learning opportunitiesThe chance to grow with a high-impact startup and be rewarded with equity down the linePlease note: This is a full-time, in-office role based in JP Nagar, Bangalore.
