Kindly note the following important details regarding this opportunity:

  • This position is with our esteemed client, and the selected candidates will be required to work onsite at the client’s location (Hybrid – Hyderabad & Bangalore).
  • The candidates will be on our company’s payroll and will be deployed to McLaren(Symma) for the duration of the engagement.


Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and API development, along with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in ReactJS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend services and dynamic frontend interfaces, ensuring seamless integration across the application stack.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support frontend applications.
  • Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using ReactJS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA, and DevOps.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/deployment processes.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.


Required Skills

  • 6–8 years of experience in backend development using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
  • Strong understanding of API development and integration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in frontend development using ReactJS.
  • Familiarity with modern development tools and practices (Git, CI/CD, Agile).
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
