About the Role

The Alpha Agency is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Flutter Developer with 1–2 years of professional experience in mobile app development. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building cross-platform applications and must be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality apps.
  • Integrate APIs, Firebase, and third-party libraries.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance app performance.
  • Deploy and maintain apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Required Skills

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in Flutter mobile app development.
  • Strong command of Dart language and Flutter framework.
  • Experience with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications).
  • Knowledge of state management solutions (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).
  • Understanding of REST APIs and JSON data handling.
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift).
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools for Flutter apps.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools.

Soft Skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new technologies.
