Job description:

We're in search of an adept Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Specialist to join us. As a GRC Specialist, your role entails crafting and maintaining our governance framework, risk management processes, and compliance strategies. You'll ensure our operations adhere to legal standards while minimizing risks and upholding integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement governance policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with company goals and regulations.

- Lead risk assessment processes to identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential risks.

- Implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to safeguard company assets and reputation.

- Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards, updating policies as needed.

- Conduct internal audits to assess control effectiveness and recommend enhancements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compliance matters like data privacy and anti-corruption.

- Stay updated on regulatory trends and industry best practices to address compliance issues.

- Deliver training programs to educate employees on governance, risk management, and compliance.

- Act as a GRC subject matter expert, providing guidance to senior management and stakeholders.

- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and regulatory bodies on GRC initiatives.
