Job Title : ERP HOS / PM Module In Charge
Location : : Over 12 Years (ERP)
Employment Type : Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Lead and manage ERP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Customer Coordination : Collaborate with customers to gather and understand their business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Issue Management : Handle and report all issue documents related to the comprehensive ERP module, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
- Team & Vendor Coordination : Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with business goals.
- Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve ERP processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Skills :
- ERP PM Module Expertise : In-depth knowledge of the ERP PM module and comprehensive ERP processes.
- Leadership & Management : Proven experience in leading and managing projects, resources, and cross functional teams.
- Communication : Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and & Certifications :
Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech), Master's in Computer Applications (MCA), or Master's in Science (MSc) in IT.
- PMP Certification : Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
- SAP Certification : Certification in SAP (ABAP) is required.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Experience : Over 12 years of experience in ERP with a focus on project management and the PM module.
- Problem-Solver : Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement effective strategies.
- Team Player : Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Customer-Focused : A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
