The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python and Azure Databricks, with a passion for building scalable data pipelines and enabling advanced analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data workflows.Work extensively with Azure Databricks for data processing, transformation, and integration.Write clean, efficient, and reusable code in Python for data engineering tasks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Analytics, and Product) to ensure data is reliable, accessible, and business-ready.Optimize performance of data pipelines and troubleshoot bottlenecks.Ensure data quality, security, and governance best practices.Must-Have Skills4–6 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer.Strong programming skills in Python (data manipulation, automation, libraries like Pandas, PySpark).Proven hands-on experience with Azure Databricks for data engineering use cases.Solid understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and big data frameworks.Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.Good-to-Have SkillsExposure to Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, or Synapse.Familiarity with CI/CD, version control (Git), and DevOps practices in a data environment.Experience with real-time data processing tools (Kafka, Event Hub, etc.).What We OfferOpportunity to work on cutting-edge data engineering projects.Collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.Flexible environment that values innovation and problem-solving.
