The Baby Atelier (TBA) is a premium children’s interior design studio and product brand dedicated to crafting thoughtful, design-led spaces and essentials for all ages. Our work spans nurseries, bedrooms, playrooms, and study areas, as well as developmentally aligned spaces for schools, hospitals, and public environments.


We specialise in blending high design with functionality, creating products and spaces that grow with children and promote independence. Our product range includes bed and bath linen, furniture, nightwear, gifts, and accessories, available through our boutique in Bangalore, partner portals, and our online store.


With a strong presence in India, we work closely with architects, interior designers, and direct clients to deliver 360-degree solutions—from design to production, civil work, furnishings, and décor.


About the Role


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented E-Commerce Graphic Designer with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Shopify experience to manage all product image requirements for our e-commerce platform and client-facing presentations.


You will take basic JPG/PNG product images and transform them into high-quality, layered PSD/AI files optimised for:

  • Website uploads
  • Digital and print catalogs
  • Social media campaigns
  • 3D product customisation tools
  • Client presentations that must be visually perfect and brand-consistent


This role requires expert-level Photoshop/Illustrator skills, a sharp eye for visual alignment and brand consistency, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to ensure all visuals are flawless, on-brand, and delivered on time.


Key Responsibilities


  • Recreate JPG/PNG product images into editable PSD/AI files with clean layers.
  • Retouch, colour correct, and standardise product images to match brand quality.
  • Create product variations — colourways, textures, and patterns.
  • Prepare and export assets for:
  • Website management team (Shopify uploads)
  • Catalog team (print/digital)
  • Social media team (campaign creatives)
  • Optimise images for fast-loading performance on e-commerce platforms.
  • Export in formats compatible with multiple Shopify apps.
  • Design, format, and maintain client presentations that are visually perfect, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain an organised digital asset library with proper naming and version control.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator.
  • Proven ability to recreate and vectorise from JPG/PNG into layered editable formats.
  • Strong background in colour correction, retouching, and image optimisation.
  • Experience preparing assets for Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Exceptional layout and presentation design skills for client-facing materials.
  • Organised and efficient in file management and version control.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Figma for collaborative layouts and web mockups.
  • Knowledge of Magento or WooCommerce image guidelines.
  • Familiarity with print production for catalogs.
  • Experience preparing assets for 3D customisation tools.
