We are currently seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and management of our ServiceNow platform.

Job Summary :

We are looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer with a strong foundation in IT Service Management (ITSM) and extensive experience in developing and administering ServiceNow applications.

The ideal candidate will be adept at building, customizing, and maintaining the ServiceNow ITSM suite, ensuring optimal platform functionality and efficiency.

You will be responsible for designing solutions that meet business needs while following ITIL best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to configure and enhance core platform capabilities, adhering to ITIL best practices.

- Monitor the health, usage, and compliance of the ServiceNow platform and its applications.

- Coordinate platform upgrades, ensuring a seamless transition.

- Develop and maintain internal technical documentation, policies, and procedures.

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software and application issues.

- Develop systems integrations, process automation, and custom applications using Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Now Experience UI.

- Create and manage REST and SOAP APIs for software integrations.

- Participate in workflow development, unit/system/integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Provide 24x7 on-call support for production issues impacting customers.

- Act as a technical liaison with software vendors, ensuring that security standards are maintained.

- Respond to and manage user tickets, overseeing the administration of the application portfolio.

- Participate in strategic sessions to help define platform roadmaps and business initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

- Expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, Now Experience UI, and Service Portal for portal and widget customization.

- Strong proficiency in building and maintaining REST and SOAP integrations.

- Experience with ServiceNow instance upgrades and custom application development.

- Solid understanding of ITIL best practices.

- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

- Familiarity with security standards and compliance practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow Developer and/or Administrator certification(s).

- Experience with Agile development practices.

- Exposure to other ServiceNow modules beyond ITSM, such as SecOps, ITBM, or CSM
