Job Description :

This role is will be responsible for building, maintaining, and monitoring high-performance systems that support our Managed Services delivery. As a Developer, you should be comfortable with both front-end and back-end programming languages, and work with development/testing frameworks. We are looking for a team player with a knack for visual design and utility. An in-depth understanding of Cloud Services, Security, Automation, IT operations, and client satisfaction will drive our team's success in providing top-notch solutions and support.

Essential Skills and Responsibilities :

  • Strong Python Programming skills, and excellent knowledge of developing applications using Flask or FastAPI, angularjs and postgres
  • Experience in developing third-party integrations.
  • Solutions focused on authentication, authorization, SSO, user provisioning and user de-provisioning.
    Expertise in developing REST framework applications using both SQL and NoSQL DBs.
  • Experience in Deploying applications in any of the cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP/Vultr)
  • Experience in the Usage of Message queues like Redis.
  • Strong unit testing skills and exposure to optimization of Database queries
  • Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such a HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Design and develop user interfaces for web applications using the Angular framework
  • Attention to detail, empathy, curiosity, and passion for customer experience
  • Optimize performance to ensure fast and efficient applications
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and deploy applications,
    Effective communication and ability to mentor team members.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end systems
  • Knowledge of production-level debugging.
  • Proficiency in version control systems, such as Git, and deployments in cloud and on-premise
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proactive and high level of commitment.
  • Resourceful and able to do quick POCs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies to drive Experience :
    • BE/BTech, ME/MTech, MCA with a Percentage above 70%.
    • Good Written and Spoken English.
    • 3-8 years of relevant experience.
    • Preferred from Product based companies / Start-ups and with small size team handling
    Interview Process :
    • Your application will be screened within 30 days.
    • Candidates for Engineering positions will go through 2 rounds of technical interviews and a manager round.
    • Each round will be approximately 1 hour, which is then followed by a managerial round and an HR Round.
    • Please note that all rounds will be done subject to feedback provided in the earlier round.
    • There will be a face-to-face interview at the Bangalore office during the final rounds.
    What to Expect during Technical Interview :
    • Questions that show you have problem-solving ability.
    • We would love to see you code and how you solve technical problems.
    • Questions about modules you have used to date while developing and automating applications.
    • Agility and Adaptability to technology and environment.
    Working Conditions :
    • Preferably Onsite at Bangalore
    • Ability to own and take work to completion without constant (ref:hirist.tech)
