Your Role: Admission Counsellor

Be the voice that inspires and guides professionals towards their educational goals while driving sales growth.


Key Responsibilities

⦁ Make outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch products or services with confidence.

⦁ Convert leads into sales opportunities through effective communication.

⦁ Conduct engaging product demos highlighting features and benefits.

⦁ Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers to maximize revenue.

⦁ Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.

⦁ Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

⦁ Address customer queries and concerns professionally and promptly.

⦁ Update CRM systems with detailed customer interactions and sales progress.
