Key Responsibilities :

SAP MM/WM Configuration : Lead the configuration and customization of SAP MM/WM modules to meet business requirements, including setting up organizational structures, material master data, inventory management, purchasing processes, and warehouse operations.

End-to-End Implementation : Manage full-cycle SAP MM/WM implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, go-live, and post-implementation support.

Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and design SAP solutions that align with business goals.

Process Optimization : Identify opportunities for process improvement within MM and WM processes, propose and implement enhancements to optimize procurement, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

Integration : Ensure seamless integration between SAP MM/WM and other SAP modules such as SD, PP, and FI/CO, as well as with third-party systems, ensuring data consistency and process efficiency.

User Training and Support : Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure users are effectively utilizing SAP MM/WM functionalities. Resolve user issues and provide timely solutions to system problems.

Testing and Quality Assurance : Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the quality and functionality of SAP MM/WM solutions.

Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials.

Project Management : Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management to ensure successful delivery of SAP MM/WM projects on time and within budget.

Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest SAP MM/WM features, best practices, and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in SAP processes.

Qualifications :

Experience : 7 to 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM/WM module configuration, implementation, and support.

Technical Skills : In-depth knowledge of SAP MM/WM modules, including purchasing, inventory management, materials planning, warehouse structure, and warehouse operations.

Project Experience : Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering full lifecycle SAP MM/WM implementation projects.

Integration Knowledge : Strong understanding of SAP integration with other modules such as SD, PP, and FI/CO.

Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify gaps, and design SAP solutions to address them.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Certification : SAP MM/WM certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration.

- Knowledge of SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and its integration with MM/WM.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.

- Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications related to MM/WM
