Job Description :

- The Oracle CX lead serves as a leader and subject matter expert to the business in the area of CX Sales, Service, Field Service Cloud business processes, in particular, but not limited to.


- He will play a significant role in the discovery of New Solution(s) / Product(s) / design process design and finalisation.


- Leads the Oracle CX Sales and Service team, implementation and ongoing enhancements for the Oracle landscape related to the Sales and service users.

- He will work closely with CX Business Management, Oracle support team and often facilitate efforts with the business in the definition of process and enhancements needed for the business systems after adoption to industry best practices.


- He is responsible for having an in-depth knowledge of the Oracle CX and direct configuration that is needed. He will gather business requirement design to provide the best solution.

- Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Desired Profile :

- Provide consistent high quality & innovative solutions on CX Cloud engagements by interacting with customers and other partners to arrive at optimal solutions.

- Analyze and understand client goals, challenges & areas of opportunity to align Oracles CX Cloud applications for building optimal functional & technical solutions based on Industry Best Practices.

- Develop and deliver high quality presentations and demonstrations, present and articulate product features and benefits, and configure and test overall Oracle Cloud solutions that delight the clients.

- Effectively utilize the Oracle Sales, Service, Field Service Cloud platform, VBCS, VBS, OIC and web technologies to deliver world class solutions.

- Prepare documentation detailing delivered solutions, integration & migration strategies, throughout the engagement.

- Adhere to all Oracle Cloud security policies, standards and procedures in the performance of job responsibilities.

- Mentor junior consultants in delivery of their customizations and ensure the solution approach is in-line with the standard methodologies & future product roadmap.

- Ability to formulate a broader perspective of an issue by recognizing the inter-dependencies and inter-play between elements.

- Promote knowledge by sharing lessons learned, innovations or new skills with team members.

- Prepare documentation detailing delivered solutions, integration & migration strategies, throughout the engagement.

- Any Industry Standard Certifications will be a plus.

Experience :

- Overall, 8- 10 years of experience relevant to this position with at least 6+ years of consulting experience in the CX Domain.

- Demonstrable experience as a techno-functional lead on at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of Oracle CX Sales, Service , Field Service Cloud Applications, with strong implementation expertise in at least two of the following is a must :

1. Sales

2. Service

3. Field Service Cloud

4. Oracle Integration Cloud

5. Visual Builder Cloud Services

6. Visual Builder Studio

- Strong techno-functional skills in proposing, designing optimal solutions, including ownership of the overall solution for customizations/integrations on Oracle CX Cloud Projects.

- Prior hands-on experience in functional configurations and customizations in the following areas - custom objects, groovy scripting, assignment manager, workflows, triggers email alerts, Data Migration, OTBI Analytics etc.

- Advising and assisting business units in terms of related processes and focus on continuous improvement cycle of these processes by suggesting Industry best practices.

- Knowledge in Primavera is added advantage.
