Media Buyer

Z Brands is a fast-moving app studio that’s doubled revenue in the last month alone, and we’re just getting started. We’re building profitable, direct-to-consumer brands at speed.
Note: We’re looking for a Media Buyer who has hands-on experience managing large-scale ad accounts across Meta, Google, and TikTok , someone who knows how to scale spend profitably.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Build and manage full-funnel performance strategies, from creative testing to conversion optimization.
- Continuously analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and refine campaigns to maximize ROAS and efficiency.
- Work closely with creative, product, and landing page teams to ensure smooth campaign flow and message consistency.
- Conduct regular A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audiences to identify winning combinations.
- Keep a close pulse on platform changes, industry trends, and new ad features to stay ahead of the curve.
- Present performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations to the leadership team.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across major platforms (Meta, Google, or TikTok).
- Proven track record of managing ad spends of $20,000+/day across platforms like Meta, Google, or TikTok.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain profitable ROAS at scale.
- Strong understanding of creative testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
- Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and post-click performance.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads dashboards and analytics.
- Highly analytical with strong data interpretation and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental, and performance-driven environment.
