Responsibilities
  • Lead all SEO activities across multiple client websites
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and intent-based planning
  • Implement on-page SEO: metadata, content structure, internal linking, schema
  • Perform technical SEO audits using industry tools and prepare implementation plans
  • Plan and manage off-page SEO: backlinks, anchor text mapping, outreach coordination
  • Track performance using Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush
  • Collaborate with writers and designers to maintain SEO accuracy and guidelines
  • Prepare monthly SEO reports, growth strategies, and action plans
  • Monitor Google algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly


Who We’re Looking For
  • 3–4 years of proven SEO experience (agency background preferred)
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO
  • Ability to independently manage projects and take full ownership
  • Strong research, analytical, and reporting skills
  • Clear communication and attention to detail
  • Experience working with multi-industry clients is a plus


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • Proven track record of improving rankings and organic traffic
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Ahrefs / Semrush / Moz
  • Screaming Frog / Sitebulb
  • Google Search Console & GA4
  • Keyword clustering and topic mapping tools
  • Understanding of:
  • Search intent and content planning
  • Website architecture and crawlability
  • Structured data and schema
  • Link-building quality metrics
  • Ability to create SEO strategies and execute them with minimal supervision
