We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Swimming Coach to join our sports faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in swimming instruction and a passion for developing students’ skills, confidence, and discipline in the pool.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct structured swimming training sessions for different age groups and skill levels.
  • Teach proper swimming techniques, safety procedures, and water confidence.
  • Develop personalized training plans to help students achieve performance goals.
  • Organize and prepare students for inter-school and intra-school swimming competitions.
  • Ensure safety protocols and pool maintenance guidelines are strictly followed.
  • Motivate and mentor students to promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and perseverance.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years of coaching experience in swimming.
  • Certification in swimming instruction or lifeguarding is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of stroke mechanics, endurance training, and safety management.
  • Excellent communication, observation, and motivational skills.
