Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and data-driven Product Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing and enhancing our product offerings, using data insights to support decision-making, and driving improvements in both product design and functionality. This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering value to users.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to assess product trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decisions are made throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Product Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • User Behavior Analysis: Identify patterns in user behavior and feedback to recommend improvements or new features for the product.
  • A/B Testing & Experiments: Plan and analyze A/B tests or other experimentation methods to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of new product changes.
  • Product Documentation: Document findings and insights in a clear and concise manner for team discussions and presentations.
  • Product Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret product usage data to provide actionable insights that improve product performance and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Computer Science) from Tier 2 college.
  • 0-1 years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within a product or tech environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Experience with product analytics platforms (e.g. Mixpanel, Google Analytics) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data findings in an easily understandable manner.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across different teams and departments.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in product management or working closely with product managers.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and how they relate to product design.
