Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Excellence:

  • Deliver high-quality lectures and seminars on core and elective topics in International Business, including global trade, cross-border operations, and international market strategies.
  • Develop innovative course curricula aligned with current global business trends and industry standards.

2. Research and Publication:

  • Conduct cutting-edge research in International Business, contributing to the field through publications in reputed journals and books.
  • Secure research grants and collaborate with other academic institutions and industry stakeholders on impactful projects.

3. Mentorship and Student Engagement:

  • Guide and mentor students on academic projects, dissertations, and career planning.
  • Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment that encourages critical thinking and global perspectives.

4. Thought Leadership and Networking:

  • Represent the university at international conferences, symposiums, and workshops.
  • Build partnerships with industry leaders and academic peers to promote knowledge exchange and collaborative initiatives.

5. Administrative and Institutional Development:

  • Serve on departmental and university committees, contributing to policy-making and academic governance.
  • Support the development of new academic programs, industry-academia collaborations, and international exchange programs.


What We’re Looking For

Educational Qualifications:

  • A Ph.D. and MBA in International Business, Global Trade, or a closely related discipline from a reputed institution.

Experience:

  • For Professor - A minimum of 10 years of post-Ph.D. teaching experience at the university level.
  • For Associate Professor - A minimum of 8 years of post-Ph.D. teaching experience at the university level.
  • For Assistant Professor - A minimum of 3 years of post-Ph.D. teaching experience at the university level.
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering courses on International Business and related fields.
  • A strong record of scholarly research, with publications in indexed journals and active participation in academic conferences.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Deep understanding of global business practices, trade policies, and emerging markets.
  • Exceptional teaching, communication, and mentorship skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching and research activities.
