We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our fast-growing Market Research team, where you will work at the intersection of data, strategy, and client engagement. In this role, you will take ownership of projects from start to finish — managing research design, ensuring data accuracy, generating deep insights, and presenting strategic recommendations directly to senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead research projects end-to-end — from designing the approach to delivering actionable insights.
  • Work closely with global clients to understand their challenges and turn them into structured research objectives.
  • Apply advanced research methodologies, tools, and frameworks to ensure high-quality, reliable outcomes.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and compelling presentations that influence client decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and industry experts to enrich data and insights.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables — ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Share your expertise with junior researchers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.


What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Experience: 2–4+ years in market research, consulting, or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results.


Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — to engage effectively with clients.
  • Project management expertise, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Mindset:

  • Proactive and self-motivated.
