About the Role


Macgence is looking for passionate storytellers and script reviewers who can evaluate movie/OTT scripts and episodes across genres. You will assess content quality, analyze narrative structure, and provide constructive feedback to ensure high standards in creative evaluation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze scripts and OTT episodes across genres.
  • Evaluate storyline, plot structure, dialogues, character development, originality, and engagement.
  • Provide clear, structured feedback and written rationales.
  • Collaborate with the QA and content team on evaluation quality.
  • Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Senior role includes guiding/mentoring junior evaluators and ensuring consistency.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in:
  • Literature
  • Film Studies
  • Mass Communication
  • Screenwriting
  • Creative writing or related fields


✍️ Experience Requirements:

  • Senior: 3–5 years in script evaluation/creative writing/fiction/story analysis/publishing/UGC writing.
  • Intern: 1–2 years (projects, internships, or academic exposure also considered).
