Job Description: Brand Manager – Art Therapy

Location: Warje, Pune (Work From Office)

Experience: Minimum 6 months (D2C / FMCG / Creative Industry preferred)

About Art Therapy

Art Therapy is a wellness-driven D2C brand creating paint-by-numbers kits that make art accessible, joyful, and healing. We combine creativity and mindfulness to help people de-stress and reconnect with themselves. As we scale, we are looking for a Brand Manager to build, nurture, and grow our brand identity across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Identity
  • Define and maintain brand voice, positioning, and storytelling.
  • Ensure consistency across packaging, website, social media, and campaigns.
  • Translate Art Therapy’s mission (“where making becomes healing”) into impactful brand experiences.
Content & Marketing
  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars (social media, campaigns, collaborations).
  • Create & edit videos for Reels, Shorts, and YouTube.
  • Write scripts, captions, and campaign copy aligned with brand storytelling.
  • Work with designers, video editors, and interns to produce creative assets.
  • Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and PR activities.
Customer Engagement & Community
  • Drive engagement in WhatsApp groups, Instagram, and community spaces.
  • Launch campaigns that strengthen our art + wellness community.
  • Gather customer feedback and use insights to improve brand communication.
Growth & Performance
  • Track and analyze brand performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to align creatives with ads.
  • Research competitors and market trends in the D2C art & wellness space.
