What You'll Do- WordPress Development: Work on the development and maintenance of our WordPress estate. This is a hands-on role where you will build, update, and manage sites, learning best practices for creating a well-maintained and high-performing online presence.
- Technical Support: You will be the primary point of contact for Level 1 technical support, handled entirely by chat. You will learn our specific, playbook-driven processes for troubleshooting issues on customer devices (including Android) and other platforms.
- Hybrid Operations: Contribute to a variety of other tasks, including server maintenance (cPanel, VPS), technical SEO, and marketing operations.
- A Willing Attitude: Your enthusiasm to learn and grow is your most important qualification. You should be proactive and a natural problem-solver.
- Foundational Experience: You have 1-2 years of experience in either WordPress development or a customer/technical support role.
- The Right Mindset: You are positive, productive, and willing to embrace a flexible, hybrid position. You must be comfortable working on projects in the Dating and Alcohol industries.
- A Reliable Setup: You must have a working Windows PC, a reliable internet connection, and a quiet, calm place to work from home.
- Compensation: The salary for this role is competitive and will be discussed with qualified candidates.
- Work Schedule: This is a 45-hour work week. You must be totally flexible on hours, including evenings, late nights, and weekends, as shifts will be set within our 15:00 – 03:00 ICT (Indochina Time) opening hours to suit the business needs.
- BYOD & Monitoring: You will be required to use ActivTrak software for time tracking. You must have a working Windows PC, and a $15 USD monthly stipend will be paid to you after your first 90 days of employment to cover this.
