Job Description :

As an AI Specialist, you will be a key member of our team, focusing on harnessing the power of natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs) to enhance the conversational capabilities of our AI toys. You will collaborate closely with our product development and engineering teams to design, develop, and implement advanced NLP algorithms and models for our toys.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement NLP algorithms and models tailored to the unique needs and characteristics of our conversational AI toys.

- Train and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-3 or similar architectures to understand and generate natural language responses in the context of children's play.

- Optimize NLP algorithms and models for efficiency, scalability, and real-time performance on resource-constrained devices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP capabilities into our toy platform, ensuring seamless interaction and user experience.

- Conduct testing, evaluation, and iteration of NLP algorithms and models to improve accuracy, comprehension, and engagement.

- Stay current with research and advancements in NLP, LLMs, and conversational AI, and apply cutting-edge techniques to enhance our products.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

- Strong background in natural language processing (NLP), with hands-on experience in developing and deploying NLP algorithms and models.

- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and libraries commonly used in NLP, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.

- Experience with training and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-3 or similar architectures.

- Familiarity with conversational AI technologies, chatbots, virtual assistants, or related domains is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
