- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding functionalities, data modeling, and extraction techniques.

- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations that meet best practices.

- Experience in configuring roles-based permissions and user access within SuccessFactors.

- Experience with data provisioning and integration processes for onboarding.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

-Ability to create ad-hoc reports to analyze onboarding data.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Previous consulting experience with a consulting firm implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

- Minimum of 3 full life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g Human Resources, Information Technology).

- 4-8 years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise software applications.

- Experience with Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Visio, Excel)
