This role will be required to handle Metadata Management, Data Governance and Data Quality solutions, as well as SDLC including analysis, development, testing, deployment, besides support for complex business applications that involve data management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement MDM services and capabilities, including potentially Metadata Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality solutions

- Analyze and determine how data fits into the Master Data Management (MDM) platform, including changes to data model (logical and physical), data cleansing rules, data standardization rules, Reference data management, and data visualization.

- Work closely with data analysts, architects and IT stakeholders to document design options, data model changes, integration techniques, data mastering solutions etc. and code the changes into our MDM platform

- Partner with the firm's Enterprise Governance Team to integrate Data Management best practices

- Partner with colleagues to align a Data Integration strategy, utilizing Extract Transform and Load (ETL) platforms

- Perform database modeling and develop MSSQL databases using Visual Studio and SQL Server Data Tools

- Participate in cloud migration, deployments alongside MDM programs

- Leverage T-SQL to create MSSQL stored procedures for implementing data loads

- Perform release management using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines or similar

- Schedule and orchestrate data loads utilizing Cisco Tidal or similar

- Use the Agile/Scrum framework to plan and execute development activities

- Partner with other technologists to collaborate, communicate, and gain consensus over ideal technology solutions

Primary Profile Requisites :

- Direct experience in Enterprise MDM design, development, support and operations

- Experience with metadata and data quality technologies (Collibra, Datactics or similar types)

- Experience with enterprise data integration technologies and methods such as ETL, data replication and data services recommended

- Strong technical hands-on expertise in Data analysis & profiling using SQL and Data modeling (logical/physical)
