Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced HCM Integration Specialist with deep hands-on expertise in HCM Extracts, BI Reporting, Fast Formulas, HDL, and Core HR/Payroll integrations.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting end-to-end integrations across various HCM modules.

This is a senior technical hands-on role, requiring strong analytical skills, integration mindset, and excellent communication.

✅ Mandatory Skills

✔ 8+ years of end-to-end HCM integration experience

✔ Strong expertise in:

  • HCM Extracts (Core HR + Payroll Extracts)
  • BI Reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher)
  • Fast Formulas for HCM Extracts
  • Fusion HCM Core HR & Payroll
  • ✔ Experience in developing Reports & Interfaces using:
  • HCM Extract Tool
  • OTBI
  • BI Publisher
  • ✔ Experience developing & migrating data using:
  • HDL
  • Spreadsheet Loader
  • FBL / PBL
  • ✔ Strong understanding of:
  • HCM Integrations
  • Functional setups for Core HR, Payroll & Absence
  • ✔ Ability to read & translate functional specs into technical specs
  • ✔ Experience preparing TDDs, test cases & supporting UAT

➕ Additional Good-to-Have Skills

• HDL for Payroll (deep specialization)

• SOAP / REST API knowledge

• Absence Management

• Experience with migration/extraction of Core HR, Compensation, Payroll

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver HCM integrations end-to-end

• Build HCM Extracts, Payroll Extracts, BI reports, and analytics

• Develop HDL loads and support large data migrations

• Write Fast Formulas for HCM Extracts & Payroll

• Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements

• Prepare technical design documents and test case documentation

• Troubleshoot integration issues and support production defects

• Train customers on Extracts, Reporting, HDL, and technical processes
