Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in Data Science, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging data to drive business insights and decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify patterns and trends.

2.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

3. Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

4. Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and provide data-driven solutions.

5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.

6. Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.

7. Work with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and integrity.

8. Develop and implement data governance standards and best practices.

9. Assist in the design and implementation of data pipelines and ETL processes.

10 Lead and participate in data-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

11. Coordinate with IT and other departments to implement data solutions.

Education :

1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

2. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or a similar role.

3. Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and providing business insights.

4. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

5.Proficiency in SQL and data querying languages.
