Functional & Behavioral Competencies:
The role requires an independent, structured, and result-oriented working style with strong ownership and accountability. High communication skills, teamwork capability, flexibility, reliability, and initiative are essential for effective collaboration across functions. The LIMS Administrator acts as a key user for the LIMS interface and is expected to demonstrate strong overall PC proficiency. Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken, is required to effectively support global stakeholders and system documentation.
