Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute offline marketing strategies to increase enrollments and brand visibility
  • Plan and manage school/college visits, seminars, workshops, and parent–student awareness drives
  • Lead promotional activities including banners, posters, standees, hoardings, and local outreach
  • Organize events such as scholarship exams, demos, counselling sessions, and community outreach programs
  • Collaborate with branch teams to ensure smooth execution across locations
  • Manage vendor relationships (printers, outdoor media, event vendors) and negotiate cost-efficient deals
  • Track leads generated through offline channels and coordinate with the admissions team
  • Maintain weekly/monthly reports, campaign performance data, and market insights
  • Conduct local market research to understand student needs and competitor movements
Who We’re Looking For
  • Graduate in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent
  • 2–5 years of experience in offline/field marketing (education sector preferred)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent event management and coordination abilities
  • Ability to travel across branches and handle field operations independently
  • Creative, proactive, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
