Role Summary

Experienced professionals with deep domain knowledge. Expected to lead modules or workstreams, ensure high-quality delivery, and act as subject matter experts. They are also expected to drive innovation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
  • Manage application deployments across environments — App Services, AKS, VMs, etc.
  • Implement Git branching strategies and manage Azure Repos / GitHub repositories.
  • Configure and maintain Azure resources, optimizing for cost, performance, and security.
  • Set up and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
  • Ensure security and compliance across build, release, and infrastructure pipelines.
  • Collaborate remotely with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure continuous delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in build, deployment, and runtime environments.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with at least 3 years on Azure DevOps.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools – Azure Pipelines, YAML templates.
  • Solid understanding of Azure cloud services (App Services, AKS, Storage, Networking).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Terraform / ARM / Bicep.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell or Bash scripting.
  • Experience with Git version control and artifact management.
  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum workflows and remote collaboration tools (Jira, Teams, Slack).
