Recruit effectively, track % of positions closed within agreed timelines, monitor quality of new hiresSupport Foundation leadership in planning talent needs for different programsDrive learning and development programs for teamDrive performance management and learning & development programs for teamManage all employee mattersTake care of HR operations, payroll, statutory compliances, and recordsCreate and run HR policies, processes, and practices for CSR initiativesPartner with leaders to align people practices with the Foundation’s mission and impactful goalsWork Location : GurgaonWork Days : 6 days from office
