Job Description :


Qualifications include :

- Experience with data security and access rights management including IAM (identify access management) is a must

- Experience working with other business / functions and Schneider Digital

- Analytical thinking, able to communicate with functional / business owners and with technical teams

- Infrastructure: Azure, AWS environment including Lambda, Glue, Cloud Formation, API Gateway

- Familiarity with data pipelines regardless of the technology

- Familiarity with SQL (RedShift in particular is a plus)

- Autonomous, agile, takes the initiative and team player

Experience :

- The candidate is expected to have achieved an industry recognized security certification (e.g. CISSP, CISM) and/or an academic university degree in Science, Technology or Engineering in a Security and/or Computer Science specialization.

- External or internal consulting / IT advisory experience

- Experience in data security in other parts of Schneider Electric such as product or digital, or in data leakage, data discovery strategies.

- Able to distill complexities into a succinct story for executive (e.g.1-pager powerpoint)

- Experience in collaboration with technology vendors, such as AWS, Microsoft.

- Recent professional experience with success in large scale enterprise architecture or security architecture

- Risk Assessment & Management skills / Audit capabilities : certifications, crown jewel evidence, BCP on track, post mortem on security incidents for gov adherence, overall reporting on security platform incidents

- Experience in defining security policies & processes

- SANS GIAC / AWS Certified Security certification desired.

Professional Experience and Competences :

- 4 - 6 years minimum related professional experience in cyber security governance, operations, or program delivery security architecture design authority

- Knowledge of Big Data / BI / Analytics security including SQL security, application platform secure configuration/hardening Experience and Implementation

- Knowledge of EU GDPR or US CCPA Data Privacy regulatory security requirements for Big Data compliance

- Knowledge of cloud, application, host-based security configuration/controls.
