Job Description :


As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of machine learning models.

You will work closely with data scientists, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Model Development and Deployment :

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems.

- Implement and optimize algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, recommendation, and other ML tasks.

- Ensure models are scalable, maintainable, and performant.

Data Preparation and Feature Engineering :

- Collaborate with data engineers to collect, preprocess, and curate large datasets.

- Perform feature extraction, selection, and engineering to enhance model performance.

- Ensure data quality and consistency throughout the ML pipeline.

Evaluation and Validation :

- Develop and implement robust evaluation metrics to validate model performance.

- Conduct A/B testing and other validation techniques to assess model effectiveness.

- Continuously monitor and refine models post-deployment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Research and Innovation :

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI.

- Conduct research to explore new algorithms, techniques, and tools that can enhance our ML capabilities.

- Drive innovation by proposing and implementing novel solutions to complex problems.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and objectives.

- Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Mentor and guide junior ML engineers and data scientists.

Tooling and Infrastructure :

- Develop and maintain the ML infrastructure, including data pipelines, model serving, and monitoring.

- Utilize cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable model training and deployment.

- Implement CI/CD practices for seamless integration and deployment of ML models.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.

- 6 to 10 years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related role.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

- Extensive experience with ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

- Solid understanding of statistical and mathematical concepts related to machine learning.

- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- Experience with deep learning techniques and frameworks.

- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Certification in machine learning or related fields.
