FPGA Application EngineerJob Summary: We are looking for a talented FPGA Application Engineer to design, implement, and support FPGA-based system solutions across product lifecycle phases. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in FPGA design, customer interfacing, testing, debugging, and optimizing FPGA designs to meet application-specific requirements. This role involves serving as a liaison between product management, design teams, and end-users to deliver efficient and reliable FPGA architectures tailored for target applications.Key Responsibilities:Provide application-level support for FPGA design, integration, testing, and troubleshootingCollaborate with RF design engineers, hardware engineers, and software teams to develop protocols and interface specificationsCustomize FPGA firmware to meet customer requirements and optimize system performanceDevelop demonstration testbeds and prototypes to validate FPGA functionalitiesConduct pre-sales technical support including solution presentations, feasibility analysis, and proof-of-concept demonstrationsSupport FPGA product deployments with debugging, training, and documentationCreate technical application notes, whitepapers, and training materialsStay current with FPGA technology trends and incorporate state-of-the-art featuresInterface with customers for problem resolution and gather feedbackMust have knowledge of Real Time Operating System (RTOS)Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field3+ years of relevant experience Proficiency in FPGA design flow, RTL coding (Verilog/VHDL), and toolchains such as Xilinx Vivado or Intel QuartusStrong understanding of communication protocols (PCIe, Ethernet, DDR memory interfaces, etc.)Experience with hardware/software co-design and debugging tools such as logic analyzers and oscilloscopesExcellent communication skills and ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutionsAbility to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams
