We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior PHP/Web Developer with expertise in PHP and Laravel framework to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, enhancing, and maintaining a variety of web applications and CMS platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- PHP & Laravel Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using the PHP Laravel framework.

- Ensure efficient code that is well-structured and follows best practices for back-end development.

- CMS Development: Utilize platforms like WordPress and Shopify to develop, customize, and maintain websites.

- You'll be responsible for building, configuring, and deploying themes, plugins, and integrations on these CMS platforms to meet the client's requirements.

- Front-End Collaboration: Collaborate with the design and front-end teams to implement user-friendly interfaces that align with business objectives.

- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery to create dynamic, responsive, and engaging web pages.

- API Integration & Development: Develop, integrate, and maintain APIs to connect with different systems and applications.

- You'll ensure that applications can interact with external services seamlessly while ensuring data flow and communication integrity.

- Project Management: Take ownership of end-to-end development for multiple projects, from requirement gathering to delivering the final product.

- Responsible for estimating project timelines, communicating with stakeholders, and delivering projects on schedule.

- Maintenance and Optimization: Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting for existing applications.

- Identify opportunities for performance improvements and optimize code to enhance the overall system performance.

- Client Coordination: Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and ensure that the solutions you develop are aligned with their objectives.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.

- At the minimum, candidates should hold a graduate degree.

- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in web development with an emphasis on PHP and Laravel.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in PHP, especially with the Laravel framework.

- Expertise in CMS platforms such as WordPress and Shopify.

- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery for front-end integration.

- Proficiency in MySQL for database management, with the ability to design and optimize complex queries.

- Experience in API development and integration with external systems.

- Knowledge of web development open-source technologies including XHTML, PHP5, and JQuery.

Soft Skills :

- Communication: Ability to articulate ideas clearly, whether it's documenting processes or discussing project requirements with clients and team members.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to tackle technical issues and bugs in an efficient manner.

- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.

- Team Player: Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to ensure smooth project execution.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in eCommerce platform development using Shopify.

- Prior experience in developing secure, scalable web applications and optimizing existing platforms for enhanced performance.
