Job Description :


- 7+ years of extensive experience in Salesforce application development.

- Expertise in Salesforce customization - Creating Apex Class, Apex Trigger, Batch Class, Apex test class, Visualforce Page, LWC component.

- Good knowledge in coding concepts like bulkification, collection, governor limits, custom settings, wrapper class, code reusability.

- Extensive knowledge in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community cloud.

- Good Experience in integrating Salesforce into other system.

- Experiences in configuring Identity connect features and services.

- Developed a Customer Website to enable the customer to login and access their insurance policies and perform various functions like membership upgrade, ownership change, family name change etc.

- Developed a training and feedback module that helps Sales Managers to monitor the training and performance of their assigned sales reps and provide feedback.

- Ensure to follow the coding standards and best practices.

- Robust experience in Agile methodology and Software Development Life Cycle.

- Played various roles in the team like Developer, Analyst, Team Lead, backup Environment Manager and Module Head.

- Experience in preparing design document, technical document, deployment document, deployment tracker and user manual.

Detailed Job Description:

We are looking for seven experienced Salesforce Developers with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidates will have expertise in Salesforce customization, particularly in creating Apex classes, Apex triggers, batch classes, Apex test classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components Customization and Development:

- Develop and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.

- Write and optimize Apex classes, triggers, batch classes, and test classes to meet business requirements.

Implementation and Integration:

- Implement and integrate Salesforce solutions with other systems and platforms using APIs and web services.

- Ensure seamless integration and data flow between Salesforce and external systems.

Configuration and Deployment:

- Configure Salesforce features and functionalities to enhance business processes.

- Deploy Salesforce components using change sets, ANT, or other deployment tools, ensuring smooth releases.

Code Quality and Testing:

- Write and execute unit tests to maintain high code quality and achieve optimal test coverage.

- Debug and resolve issues in custom code and Salesforce configurations.

Collaboration and Support:

- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to gather and understand requirements.

- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.

Documentation and Best Practices:

- Document technical solutions and best practices for future reference.

- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, recommending improvements to existing A deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Strong experience with Salesforce customization and development tools.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Relevant Salesforce certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
