About the Role



As an AI/ML Expert, you will:



  • Develop and optimize ML models for Android Automotive OS (ADAS, predictive maintenance, personalization).
  • Build AI-powered applications across the automotive stack—from HAL to APIs and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with OEMs and partners to deploy ML solutions for navigation, voice interfaces, and robotics.
  • Lead end-to-end AI/ML projects using TensorFlow Lite, PyTorch Mobile, and other frameworks.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical strategy and ethical AI practices.
  • Solve high-stakes challenges in safety-critical, low-latency environments.
  • Stay ahead of trends in generative AI, edge computing, and autonomous driving.


Qualifications



  • 12+ years of experience (including 4-6 years in ML/AI).


Required Skills



  • Proven expertise in embedded systems, real-time constraints, and automotive-grade AI.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java/Kotlin, C++, and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Familiarity with automotive protocols (CAN bus, VHAL).
  • Experience in ADAS, robotics, sensor fusion, and regulated environments.
  • Strong skills in ML, computer vision, deep learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
