Product Manager- Demand and Client you'll do:

- Develop and manage the demand-side product roadmap, focusing on improving the client experience at every step.

- Manage and resolve technical issues related to client integrations, acting as the primary point of contact.

- Define product vision and strategy for client integration features and functionalities.

- Collaborate with clients, sales, operations, and the tech team to capture requirements, frame solutions, and ensure timely delivery.

- Engage with clients regularly to gather feedback and ensure our products are meeting their needs.

- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of APIs to ensure they meet business and technical requirements.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure robust, scalable, and secure API solutions.

- Monitor API performance and usability, implementing improvements and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

- Utilize project management tools to track progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand integration requirements and constraints, and translate them into user-friendly designs.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

What you will bring:

- Total experience of 3 to 5 years, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in product management-Demand & Integration.

- High level of experience with e-commerce integration using Shopify, clickpost, kartrocket or any other platform.

- Experience in Logistics/E-commerce/Retail/Fintech is highly preferred or any other domain.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

- Strong understanding of Client Integration within the product life cycle.

- Proven track record of successfully managing client integrations and delivering high-quality products.

- Strong customer orientation, with a track record of successfully delivering products that meet client needs and drive business value.

- Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and other integration technologies.

- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), data analytics platforms (SQL & Excel), and API management tools.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
