This is a contractual role.

As an Oracle PL/SQL Developer, you must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical, problem solving, and prioritization skills.

You should also be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, both independently and as part of a team.

It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and :

- Understand business requirement and generate the solution.

- Research, construct, develop, debug and test applications.

- Create complex procedure and function in PL/SQL to implement business requirement without impacting the performance.

- Write complex SQL using user defined functions, Oracle provided regular and analytical functions, consume webservices to return data.

- Debug and do performance tuning in application as necessary.

- Coordinate with cross-functional team whenever necessary to achieve timely results.

- Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.

- Identify the improvement areas in application and provide the solution.

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.

- Demonstrate commitment to the Company's core values.

Educational Qualifications: -

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a similarly relevant field is highly preferred.

Skills :

Mandatory Technical skills :

- Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming

- Experience in Oracle 12c is must.

- Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, design fundamentals, analytical functions, and complex SQL

- Experience with SQL tuning of application queries developed for large databases.

- Strong analysis skills and experience working with users to gather requirements and suggest solutions is required.

- Experience working with business/IT users to understand business requirements, analyse existing code, and write functional and technical specification.

- Good organizational and follow-up skills and the ability to meet time deadlines.

- Planning, organizing, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to quickly attain and understand new processes with attention to detail.

- Ability to meet deadlines, work on multiple tasks and work well under pressure.

- Ability to work at the highest technical level on all phases of software systems programming applications.

Good to have skills :

- Healthcare Insurance Domain experience strongly preferred.

- Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening and written)

- Understanding of agile methodologies.
