Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Headmaster located in Bhilai. The campus offers 2 BHK accommodation and meal options for people relocating from Outside Bhilai. The Headmaster will oversee all academic and administrative functions of the Middle and Senior school, ensuring the implementation of high-quality educational standards. Responsibilities include curriculum development, providing effective leadership to staff, facilitating teacher training, monitoring student progress, and maintaining a safe and inspiring learning environment. The Headmaster will also collaborate with stakeholders, strategize for overall school growth, and represent the institution in community and educational engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Curriculum Development and Pedagogy to design and implement effective academic programs.
• Educational Leadership and management experience, with a proven ability to lead a team toward achieving shared goals.
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Preference will be given to PGT Maths / PGT Physics with prior administrative experience
