Avionics Tester

Job Description:

- Display Apps System

- Responsible for development, systems integration, and verification of core Displays Apps to be hosted on the EPIC Avionics Platform.

Candidate should have an Engineering, Systems or Computer Science degree and experience in one or more of the following disciplines :

- Systems/software requirements development, validation, integration or verification

- Model based system design (using Simulink, preferred)

- Arinc 661 graphics development (using Scade, preferred)

- Creating test cases for software based upon use cases derived from the system and software requirements

- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (DO-178C preferred)

- Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices

- Knowledge of system certification requirements and documentation

- Responsible for development, systems integration, and verification of core Display applications to be hosted on the EPIC Avionics Platform.

Candidate should have a Computer or Software Engineering degree or related experience in the following areas:

- SW architecture design and embedded C++ coding

- Object oriented development experience

- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (DO-178C preferred)

- Creating test cases for software based upon use cases derived from the system and software requirements

- Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices
