Senior Executive-International Affairs

The Senior Executive – International Relations supports the University’s internationalization initiatives by assisting in building and maintaining relationships with overseas universities, agencies, and government bodies. The role involves facilitating international collaborations, mobility programs, and global partnerships that align with the University’s strategic objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining partnerships with foreign universities and institutions for student and faculty exchange, joint research, and collaborative programs.
- Coordinate with overseas agents, partner institutions, and embassies for ongoing and prospective international engagements.
- Support the implementation of international academic collaborations, including joint degree programs, credit transfers, and summer schools.
- Facilitate communication between international partners and relevant university departments.
- Assist in organizing visits, meetings, and events involving international delegates and collaborators.
- Contribute to the preparation of proposals, agreements, and documentation related to international partnerships.
- Help in executing marketing and outreach plans for international mobility and exchange programs.
- Maintain databases and records of partnerships, exchange programs, and international activities.
- Prepare periodic reports, presentations, and performance summaries for review by the Manager – International Relations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with UGC and Government of India guidelines related to international collaborations.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for international projects, grants, and government-funded initiatives.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-cultural sensitivity.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in documentation, report preparation, and database management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of higher education systems and international academic frameworks.
- Good administrative and operational efficiency with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
