We’re looking for a Sales Intern who can assist in handling travel inquiries, communicating with potential customers, and supporting the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in sales, customer interaction, negotiation basics, and travel package selling.
Handle inbound leads from social media, WhatsApp, calls, and website inquiries.
Communicate with potential customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages.
Assist in follow-ups, quotations, and booking coordination.
Maintain basic lead records and sales data.
Coordinate with operations and support teams when required.
Learn pricing, package customization, and sales pitching.
Support promotional offers and sales campaigns.
Maintain brand professionalism and trust in all interactions.
Good communication skills (English & Hindi; regional languages are a plus).
Confidence in speaking with customers via calls or chat.
Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn.
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic CRM tools.
Interest in travel, tourism, or sales is a plus.
100% remote work flexibility.
Hands-on experience in real travel sales operations.
Practical exposure to customer handling and conversions.
Certificate of internship from Columbus Tours & Travels.
Recommendation letter based on performance.
Opportunity for a paid sales role after successful internship (performance-based).
