About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in customizing, integrating, and optimizing our Salesforce platform.

You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce development best practices to design, build, and maintain robust solutions that enhance our CRM capabilities and drive business growth.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom applications, functionalities, and workflows within the Salesforce platform to meet specific business needs, particularly focusing on Sales Cloud.

- Perform extensive customizations and configurations for Sales Cloud functionalities.

- Migrate data efficiently and securely using appropriate Salesforce data migration strategies and tools.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using MuleSoft, REST APIs, and Application Performance Management (APM) tools.

- Design and implement scalable and efficient solutions on the Salesforce platform to ensure optimal performance.

- Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality and maintainable code.

- Troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce applications to identify and resolve performance issues.

- Develop custom Lightning components and leverage Lightning frameworks to enhance user experience within Salesforce.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (business analysts, salesforce admins, end-users) to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver successful solutions.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Salesforce technology and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Salesforce Certified Professional (SFCP) - Salesforce I Certification (required).

- Salesforce Certified Professional (SFCP) - Salesforce II Certification (preferred).

- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.

- Extensive experience in customizing and configuring Sales Cloud functionalities.

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data migration strategies and tools (e., Data Loader, Salesforce Workbench).

- Strong expertise in Salesforce integrations using MuleSoft, REST APIs, and APM tools.

- Experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce development best practices and coding standards (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).

- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce applications for performance.

- Experience with Salesforce Lightning components and frameworks (Aura, Lightning Web Components).

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
